Description
These are the only traction bars designed exclusively for the Titan on the market today. They use a unique rear mount that protects the rear u-bolts from damage and provides a very easy and strong method of attaching the bars to the axle. The front mount is a weld-on design but can be bolted on (you need to drill your own holes in the bracket and frame, though). These are made from .120 wall DOM steel tubing and 1/4" cold-rolled plate and are powder coated gloss black to provide years of good looks. These double-tube bars are designed to cycle, bind-free, 12" of wheel travel and 14" of articulation due to using a Teflon-lined heim joint for the front pivot and Titan specific geometry. These bars can also prevent rear transmission mounts from breaking on lifted 4wd Titans. The results of using these bars are dramatic as the truck will accelerate in a straight line due to proper load transfer and provide a very consistent feeling and allow for full power acceleration even when fully loaded or towing. You can really feel the difference! Installation is very easy, except for the welding, but most muffler shops will do this for a minimal fee. These are not the cheapest traction bars on the market, but they are the best working, best fitting, and easiest to install bars for the Titan.
