Description
These are the best direct replacement rear titan shocks available under $100 each. Notice that we won't sell other shocks available at this price point. That's because we won't stand behind their lack of quality and performance. Icon spent a lot of time fine tuning and getting the ride just right on these shocks. They are a simple remove-and-reinstall procedure to mount them. We recommend these for most daily driven trucks, as long as they fit your application. There are 2wd and 4wd versions of this shock, the ride is the same with either but the 4wd version is about 1-inch longer and is recommended on Titans (2 or 4wd) running a 1-inch or taller block (up to 3" rear lift on a 2wd or 2" rear lift on a 4wd). If you are running more height than this then longer shocks will be required.
PLEASE NOTE: We get a lot of phone calls asking if this shock should be installed with the rubber boot up or down. BOOT DOWN, BODY UP! It really only fits one way because of the bushings, but because a lot of shocks (like the Bilsteins) are shown the other way (purely for asthetics), people are often confused. Now you know.
