Shipping charges are calculated by weight and shipping destination unless otherwise specified. Shipping outside the 48 contiguous states may require additional shipping charges which must be paid before an order will ship and may also require additional shipping time. We do our best to get orders shipped as soon as possible, however, there may be delays beyond our control. Please anticipate waiting up to two weeks for your order and you will be pleasantly surprised when it arrives, in most cases, much, much sooner. Please do not schedule installations until you have your order in hand. Typically, if some items in an order are delayed, we hold the entire order until all components are ready for shipment.

We ship using UPS Ground service or USPS for most orders.
Please be patient! If you receive a tracking number and it doesn't show movement then it hasn't left and there is probably a good reason, like we just had some extra time and got shipping labels ready for the orders we're getting ready to put together or we're waiting on some part. Often a lot of parts have to come together and/or be assembled to order. We stay pretty busy and our phone and email response hours are limited so we may not always be able to keep each customer informed on the detailed status of their order at all times. If you've placed your order successfully then please consider it IN PROGRESS and allow for a maximum of two weeks to receive your order. We'll let you know if there is a more serious delay or problem with your order so please do not call or email for status updates until two weeks have passed. We will do our very best to get your order to you well within that time frame. Thank you for your understanding and acknowledgment of this policy.
GENERAL PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
PRG accepts returns for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment.
Orders canceled or returned in new condition may be subject to a 30% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Defective parts may be returned for a replacement, but are subject to inspection. Parts that are deemed damaged due to improper installation, abuse, or mishandling are not eligible for exchange or replacement, but may be repaired for a minimal fee.
Products being returned MUST be accompanied by a PRG return form (link to return form here) or your refund/replacement part may not be processed.
Refunds will be returned to the credit card used for purchase.
If you’re not satisfied with a product you have purchased from PRG, please call or email and we will do our best to get you taken care of.
Shocks purchases are subject to additional conditions. Please read “Shock Return and Warranty Policy” below.
SHOCK RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
PRG Products is not responsible for parts installed incorrectly or improperly or for supplying the proper tools to do so. The customer or installer is solely responsible for proper installation and takes full responsibility for the vehicle and proper mechanical operations of his/her vehicle. Shocks from PRG Products are intended to fit US vehicles only.
PRG Products is not responsible for backorders. Shock and spring manufacturers may delay parts which are completely not under PRG’s control. There is no refund or discount for these delays. There will be no expedited shipping to compensate for a manufacturer’s delay. Do not schedule any installation or alignment appointments until AFTER you receive your parts.
Many of the products sold by PRG Products are intended for use on race-type vehicles and may allow more noise to enter the passenger area of the vehicle or may transmit more vibration and sound to other parts of the vehicle. This may include, but is not limited to, pops, ticks, clunks, thuds, and any variety of sounds. Typically, noises are generated by other parts on the vehicle and transmitted through the new shock. PRG Products is not responsible for any actual or perceived noises related to or developed after the shock’s installation.
Any return, new or used, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost.
Warranties on the products sold by PRG Products are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. PRG Products does not imply or provide any warranty on products that are not manufactured by PRG Products (example; shocks, seals, springs, shafts, bearings, spacers, valves, plating, bolts, attaching hardware, etc).
Installation fees, removal fees, alignment fees, repairs, return shipping fees, and damaged parts are the responsibility of the customer and NOT PRG Products or any of the manufacturers.
PRG Products will not issue replacement shocks or coilovers. Should the customer have a problem or an issue with a product, the customer is responsible for returning the shock to PRG Products for inspection and repair. PRG Products will do what it can to correct any issues and return the shocks to the customer ASAP. PRG Products will honor a 1 year service warranty on labor to repair other manufacturer’s parts when possible. This may include shipping fees at the discretion of PRG Products.
THIS NOTE APPLIES TO SHOCKS RETURNED FOR SERVICING: If you have an issue with a product sold by PRG Products please contact us. We will do what we can to rectify or solve any problems or issues you may have. If you install a coilover and have a problem, PRG Products will NOT ship you a new set of shocks for free. The customer has 14 days from time of receiving his or her original order to buy another set of shocks and we will refund the purchase price upon return of the problem shocks, less any damage (scratches, nicks, dents, etc) caused during installation. Or, within 30 days of receiving original shocks, the customer can return, at the customer’s expense, the problem shocks to PRG Products, and PRG will attempt to rectify the issue and will reimburse the shipping cost to the customer. PRG Products is not responsible monetarily for labor, time to remove, reinstall, align, etc. PRG Products in not responsible for time vehicle may be down.
